Data Deletion Instructions

At Syncora AI, we are committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with control over your data. This page outlines the process for requesting the deletion of your data associated with your use of Syncora AI, especially data connected via Meta (Facebook, Instagram) platforms.

1. Deleting Data Connected via Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
If you connected your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account to Syncora AI and wish to remove the connection and delete data that Syncora AI has accessed or stored from Meta, please follow these steps:
- Remove Syncora AI from your Facebook Account:
- Go to your Facebook Account's "Settings & Privacy".
- Click on **"Settings."**
- In the left-hand menu, click on **"Apps and Websites."**
- Find **"Syncora AI"** in the list of active apps.
- Click the **"Remove"** button next to Syncora AI.
- Confirm the removal. This action will revoke Syncora AI's access to your Meta data.
This step is crucial as it stops Syncora AI from accessing any new data from your Meta accounts. For more detailed instructions, you can refer to Meta's official help page on removing apps from Facebook.
- Request Data Deletion from Syncora AI:
After removing the app from your Facebook settings, we recommend you also send a formal data deletion request to us. This ensures that any data Syncora AI may have stored on its servers (e.g., historical campaign data, ad creatives generated within our platform, lead data) is also deleted.
Please send an email to support@syncoraai.com with the following details:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request for Syncora AI
- In the email body, please include:
- Your full name.
- The email address you used to sign up for Syncora AI.
- The email address associated with your connected Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account(s).
- A clear statement requesting the deletion of all your data associated with Syncora AI.
2. What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon receiving and verifying your data deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the following data associated with your account:
- Your personal identification information (name, email) from your Syncora AI account.
- All OAuth tokens and identifiers related to your connected Google Ads and Meta accounts.
- Any Google Ads data (campaigns, ad groups, ads, metrics) that we have stored or cached.
- Any lead data collected or processed through Syncora AI on your behalf.
- Any content data (e.g., AI-generated ad creatives, business descriptions) that you uploaded or generated within the platform.
- Usage data linked to your identifiable account.
Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law, for legitimate business purposes (e.g., auditing, security logs), or in backups, after which it will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
3. Confirmation of Deletion
Once your data deletion request has been processed and verified, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided in your request. Please allow up to 15 business days for the completion of your request.
